Social Media Content Creator Intern (Paid) – Houston / Austin / DFW

About the Role

We are a marketing agency building a college creator program to produce short-form video and photo content for our own social media platforms and for local and national client brands.

This is a paid, part-time internship designed for college students interested in content creation, social media, marketing, and digital storytelling. Interns will gain hands-on experience creating real content used in live campaigns.

Location

• Houston, Austin, and Dallas–Fort Worth

• Hybrid / local field work depending on brand needs

Schedule & Compensation

• 10–20 hours per week (flexible around classes)

• Paid hourly (rate discussed during interview)

• Semester-based or summer cohorts (8–12 weeks)

What You’ll Do

• Produce and edit short-form video and photography for social platforms.

• Adapt content to different brand aesthetics and campaign goals.

• Track emerging trends, formats, and audio to stay culturally relevant.

• Collaborate on real marketing campaigns, from idea to execution.
