We’re seeking an HR Intern, Talent Enablement, to support the execution of core talent initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure to learning, development, and performance programs. This role is designed for a student who is eager to apply what they’re learning in real time, bringing structure, curiosity, and strong follow-through to meaningful work.
You’ll partner closely with experienced People & Culture leaders and play an active role in delivering programs that support PMG’s growth strategy.
What You’ll Work On
Talent Program Coordination
- Support the day-to-day execution of Talent Enablement initiatives, including performance reviews, objective-setting cycles, and learning & development programs.
- Help ensure programs are well-organized, thoughtfully delivered, and aligned with PMG’s priorities.
Learning & Development Support
- Assist in coordinating learning experiences, from scheduling and logistics to session materials and follow ups.
- Help keep learning records accurate, organized, and accessible to support a culture of continuous development.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of training materials that are clear, inclusive, and easy to use.
Program & Process Enablement
- Document workflows and program processes to improve clarity, consistency, and scalability.
- Assist in compiling reports that surface trends, participation data, and insights across talent initiatives.
Data & Systems Exposure
- Maintain and update talent data in PMG’s HRIS, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Learn how people-related data supports decision-making across performance, development, and workforce planning.
Technology & Innovation
- Use AI, automation, and digital tools to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance the quality of work.
- Experiment with new ways to simplify workflows and elevate how Talent Enablement work gets done.

- How talent programs actually run: You’ll see how performance reviews, goal setting, and learning programs are planned, executed, and improved in a real organization.
- Learning & Development in practice: Hands-on exposure to designing, coordinating, and delivering learning experiences that support individual and team growth.
- Program and project management fundamentals: How to build timelines, track milestones, manage details, and deliver work that scales.
- HR systems and people-related data: Experience maintaining and using HRIS data to support decisions across development and workforce planning.
- Change management at the ground level: How teams adopt new processes and programs - and what makes change stick.
- Process documentation and reporting: How to document workflows and turn data into clear insights that leaders can use.
- Modern ways of working: Practical use of AI, automation, and digital tools to streamline work and improve quality.
- Professional collaboration: How to work cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and operate with accountability in a fast-moving environment.
Who This Role Is For
- Currently pursuing a degree as a senior or rising senior undergraduate or graduate student in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development or a related field and seeking a Summer 2026 internship.
- Interested in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or People Operations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Curious, thoughtful, and eager to learn how talent programs work in practice.
- Comfortable using technology and excited to explore AI-enabled ways of working.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Location: Must be based in Dallas and available to work 5 days a week in the office at our headquarters at 2601 Olive Street, Dallas, Texas, 75201.
