High School Drama Director

Coulee Christian School in West Salem, WI is hiring an after school High School Drama Director for the second semester of the 2025-2026 school year.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate High School Drama Director to lead our theatrical arts program with energy, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.

The responsibility will be to:

• Plan and direct the HS Drama to be performed on April 23, 24, 25, 2026. The employee is responsible for leading the HS students and volunteers to support the program.
• The employee will be expected to participate in supporting the Human Video component of the Drama.
• The employee will develop and run the after school rehearsals leading up to the three performances of the Drama.
• The employee is responsible for the set up, take down, and coordination of all things involving the drama including but not limited to Audio/Visual, Set, Costumes, and Scripts.

Applicants must have a degree in education, or a 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
