Rooted Therapy Center is a home-based ABA practice focused on early intervention for young children ages 0–5. We provide therapy in homes, daycare, and preschool settings using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)—a play-based, relationship-focused approach to ABA.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Work with children ages 0–5 in home, daycare, and preschool settings
• Collect data and document daily session notes
• Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA
• Participate in a collaborative, feedback-driven team environment
• Travel to client locations within a 20-mile radius of Troy
• Attend quarterly trainings provided by Rooted Therapy Center

Schedule & Hours

• Part-time with the potential to grow into full-time
• Guaranteed 30 hours per week (if applicable based on availability and caseload)
• No evenings or weekends

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 1–2 years of experience working with children (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and engage in active play
• Must live within 20 miles of the Troy office
• Background in psychology, education, or related fields preferred
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
