Junior Project Manager (40 hours a week)

About Us:
Sierra Saftey is a leader in site safety throughout NYC. Our planning division is focused on developing Site Safety Plans and various other plans and waivers for DOB, DOT, and FDNY.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated junior project manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for growth, where you will gain hands-on experience through site visits, learning code requirements, reviewing internal plan comments, and addressing objections from city plan examiners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and understand plans, including both digital and handwritten comments.
- Translate comments into plain English and create your own sketches to communicate necessary corrections to drafters.
- Understand the involvement of the drafting team for each comment.

Qualifications:
- Must have, or be near completion of, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or CAD Drafting.
- Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
