Build AI Training Programs at Virginia DMV This Summer!

Your Mission: Train the AI That Trains the Agency

Ready to work on something that actually sounds cool at parties? We need someone to develop a complete AI assistant training program from scratch—and yes, it'll be used across the entire agency. This isn't a "shadow someone and take notes" internship. This is a "you own the project" internship.

What Makes This Internship Different?

The Virginia DMV isn't just about licenses and registrations. We monitor Virginia's trucking industry, run the Highway Safety Office, and enforce transportation tax laws that keep 8.4 million vehicles moving safely. You'll see how a major state agency innovates and adopts emerging technology.

The Project: Agency Risk Management/Information Security

Create an end-to-end eLearning solution for AI assistant deployment.

The DMV is implementing AI assistants, and someone needs to build the training program that teaches staff how to use and manage them effectively. That someone could be you.

What You'll Build:

Complete learning/training plan for AI assistant use and management

SCORM-compliant training course (industry-standard eLearning format)

A production-ready solution customized for DMV's environment

What You'll Actually Learn:

Hands-on experience with emerging AI technologies

Instructional design skills (how to teach people complex tech)

Project management in a real government agency

How innovation actually happens in large public-sector organizations

Technical skills that matter: eLearning development, SCORM compliance, AI implementation

Technical skills that matter: eLearning development, SCORM compliance, AI implementation

Translation: This goes on your resume as "Designed and deployed agency-wide AI training program" with real deliverables to back it up.
