Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to bring consistency, execution, and follow-through to our marketing efforts. This role supports brand, content, campaigns, and events — turning ideas into shipped, visible work.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who thrives on organization, momentum, and making sure things actually go live.
What You’ll Do
Content & Brand Messaging
Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and light copy edits
Support blog posts, customer stories, and product announcements
Maintain brand consistency and product messaging across channels
Work with designers, contractors, or agencies as needed
Campaign & Launch Support
Assist with product launches and feature announcements
Coordinate email campaigns and newsletters
Track deadlines, assets, and approvals to keep launches on schedule
Events & Field Marketing
Support trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships
Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up
Ensure brand presence is consistent and professional
Operational Marketing Support
Maintain marketing calendars and timelines
Track performance metrics (email, web, campaign basics)
Help organize feedback from Sales and Customer Success
Knowledge Base & Content
Maintain and update the knowledge base content and material
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of marketing or coordination experience
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Comfortable juggling multiple small initiatives at once
Clear communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions
Able to work independently and keep momentum moving
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments
Familiarity with HubSpot, Webflow/WordPress, or similar tools
Basic understanding of product-led growth or SaaS funnels
