Position Overview
Miami FC is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and fan-focused Game Day Ambassadors to help create an exciting and welcoming matchday experience for our fans. Game Day Ambassadors play a vital role in stadium operations and fan engagement during all Miami FC home games.
This position requires availability for all Miami FC home games listed below.
Game Day Roles & Responsibilities
Game Day Ambassadors will be assigned to one of the following roles per match:

Kids Area Supervisor
Supervise inflatables and kids’ activities, ensure safety, and assist families. -
Merchandise Store Attendant
Assist fans in finding merchandise and handle checkout and payment transactions. -
Ticket Scanner
Scan tickets and assist fans as they enter the stadium. -
Ticket Booth Attendant
Sell tickets and assist customers at the ticket booth. -
Mascot Handler
Accompany and supervise the Miami FC mascot, ensuring safe and positive interactions with fans. -
Groups Attendant
Assist group leaders with on-field and in-stadium experiences such as human tunnel, player escorts, ball kids, halftime performances, and more.

Saturday, March 28 – 7:00 PM
Saturday, April 4 – 4:00 PM
Saturday, April 18 – 7:00 PM
Saturday, May 2 – 7:00 PM
Saturday, May 16 – 7:00 PM
Saturday, May 23 – 7:00 PM
Saturday, June 6 – 7:00 PM
Wednesday, June 24 – 7:00 PM
Sunday, July 5 – 7:00 PM
Wednesday, July 15 – 7:00 PM
Saturday, July 25 – 7:00 PM
Saturday, August 1 – 7:00 PM
Saturday, August 8 – 7:00 PM
Saturday, September 5 – 7:00 PM
Wednesday, September 30 – 7:00 PM
Saturday, October 10 – 7:00 PM
Saturday, October 17 – 7:00 PM
Schedule & Time Commitment
Ambassadors must arrive two (2) hours before kickoff for setup
Shifts typically last approximately four (4) hours per game
Games take place at FIU Pitbull Stadium or FIU Soccer Stadium
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor stadium environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Prior event, retail, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
