Intermediate Job Captain
SLCE Architects has just opened a new office in Los Angeles. We are looking for individuals looking to join and grow with this new office location.
Skills should include :
- Office location is in Santa Monica, CA: 5 days a week IN the office a MUST
- 5 years’ experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in architecture
- Good technical skills
- Experience with Renovations/Conversions would be helpful
- Experience with new multi-family poured-in-place concrete structures 10+ Stories
- Skilled in AutoCAD; Revit is a plus, but not needed for this specific project
- Capable of working with a team and taking direction and contributing to the project objectives.
- Knowledge of Handicap Adaptability and Fair Housing
- Knowledge of International Building Code
- Able to coordinate with consultants.
- Good communicator
