Enrichment Program Intern - Summer and/or Fall 2026 - Work Study or Regular Pay
Position Summary
The WCC Enrichment Intern will collaborate with the Program Specialist to design and lead events focused on identity, equity, and enrichment. They will help develop innovative programs aligned with WCC values, facilitate events and workshops, and support marketing and outreach to engage the target student population.
Tasks
All UC Employees:

- Participate and complete onboarding, UC-wide Orientation, and training.
Position Specific:
- Event Planning & Facilitation: Help plan, promote, and facilitate events and discussions that focus primarily on enrichment and student development topics (e.g., speaker series, workshops, panel discussions).
- Outreach & Engagement: Develop strategies to engage students and groups, increasing awareness of Warhawk Connection Center initiatives and ways to stay connected throughout campus.
- Staffing Support for WCC: Assist with staffing both the Warhawk Connection Center (WCC) Desk and WCC events as needed, ensuring that operations run smoothly and are inclusive for all participants.
- Assessment & Impact: Assist in developing tools to assess the effectiveness of enrichment programs, including surveys and feedback collection.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote enrichment events through social media and other campus outlets.
- Program Innovation: Strategize ways to expand the impact of enrichment programs, fostering connections between students, student organizations, and campus partners.
Additional Requirement(s) (Meetings/Training/Event Staffing)
- Attend weekly 1-on-1 with supervisor and scheduled Warhawk Connection Center team meetings.
- May serve on the Student Activities & Involvement Advisory Board
