Bilingual Human Resources Intern

Are you a detail-oriented college student with a knack for structure and a passion for ensuring tasks are completed on time? We're seeking an exceptional Onboarding Intern to join our People Services team and assist us in streamlining the onboarding process for new hires.


 

SUMMARY

For 10-20 hours a week to start and 40 hours weekly beginning May 11 through at least August 7, support the Talent Acquisition Specialist in accurate and timeline new hire onboarding and translate Spanish interviews.


 


 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)

  • Onboarding Process: Assist in managing the end-to-end onboarding process for all new employees, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Communication: Follow up with new hires and relevant internal and external teams to guarantee that all onboarding materials are completed and submitted on time.
  • Accountability: Hold yourself and others accountable for meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality in all onboarding activities.


 


 

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Bilingual: Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential for effective communication.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of documentation and adherence to timelines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable interacting with diverse teams and individuals, maintaining professionalism and clarity in all communications.
  • Technology: Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Experience with Monday.com a plus.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
