Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and motivated intern to join our Quality Department with a focus on quality systems and audit support. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with automotive quality management systems, internal audits, and continuous improvement processes. The intern will assist in maintaining compliance to industry standards and supporting quality system development activities.
Key Responsibilities

Quality Systems Support:
- Assist in maintaining and updating the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Support the preparation and organization of records, procedures, and manuals.
- Help monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure.

Audit Support:
- Participate in internal quality audits (system, process, and product audits) and assist with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up activities.
- Support external audit readiness by preparing records and evidence for certification and customer audits.
- Track audit findings and assist in verification of implemented corrective actions.

Data and Metrics:
- Collect, organize, and analyze quality performance data related to system effectiveness and compliance.
- Support creation of quality performance reports and presentations for management review.

Continuous Improvement:
- Assist with initiatives to streamline and improve quality processes.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions as required.

General Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Program Management, etc.) to support quality objectives.
- Perform administrative tasks related to quality documentation and record retention.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
