Applications Intern - Fall 2026 - Work Study or Regular Pay
Position Summary
This position is responsible for: Assisting the Assistant Director of Student Activities and Involvement with supporting student organizations and departments in their creation, management and use of Connect2. Building connections with organizations and student leaders to maximize use of Connect2 software in managing student organizations, departments, and events. Staffing SAI’s related events or programs. Support users and administrators of Connect2 in handling technical and general issues, including researching solutions and managing help tickets when needed.

Tasks
All UC Employees:

- Follow UC Student Employee Guidelines
- Participate and complete onboarding, UC-wide Orientation, and training.
Position Specific:
- Provide issue-specific training, presentations, and 1-on-1 support related to Connect2.
- Manage connect2 help requests - both asked of SAI through the Connect2 email and of CampusGroups/UWW ITS through SAI (answer questions as able; submit tickets to CampusGroups helpdesk and ITS helpdesk as needed; maintain record of requests for help and outcomes; follow up as needed to close tickets in a reasonable timeframe).
- Complete necessary training to serve as Connect2 expert for others.
- Create tutorials for students and group managers to maximize the use of Connect2 software.
- Support marketing through social media and various print methods to publicize Connect2.
- Research ways to integrate Connect2 with other campus software, as well as unique/untapped ways to use Connect2
