The Role
We’re hiring a PR & Administrative Intern to help with scheduling, calendar tracking, and general organizational support. This is a great opportunity for a student interested in PR, marketing, communications, or startup operations who wants hands-on experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist with PR scheduling and coordination
- Track outreach, follow-ups, and deadlines
- Maintain and update PR, content, and internal calendars
- Help organize documents, links, and basic reports
- Support leadership with general administrative tasks
- Keep projects organized and on track
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using calendars, spreadsheets, and Google Workspace
- Clear written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
Preferred (Not Required)
- Interest in PR, marketing, communications, or media
- Previous assistant, admin, or coordinator experience
