Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist 

Salary:  $85,000 - $108,000 / Year* (commensurate with experience) 

Sign-on bonuses available*  

Job Type: Full-time (Part-time interest welcome)

You’ll Achieve Success By:

• Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
• Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
• Basic computer skills
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Open to new grads, MUST have level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy
• Level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy, some continuing education courses, and 1-2 years of experience in outpatient hand therapy as a licensed OT or CHT eligible (accumulated 4000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 year of experience) waiting to sit for boards a plus
• CHT certification a plus
