Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist
Salary: $85,000 - $108,000 / Year* (commensurate with experience)
Sign-on bonuses available*
Job Type: Full-time (Part-time interest welcome)

You’ll Achieve Success By:
- Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans
- Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
- Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
- Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
- Basic computer skills
- CPR and first aid certification required
- Open to new grads, MUST have level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy
- Level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy, some continuing education courses, and 1-2 years of experience in outpatient hand therapy as a licensed OT or CHT eligible (accumulated 4000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 year of experience) waiting to sit for boards a plus
- CHT certification a plus
