Physical Therapist 

Salary:  $85,000 - $112,000 / Year* (commensurate with experience) 

Sign-on bonuses available*  

Job Type: Full-time (Part-time interest welcome)

***Salary and sign-on bonus reflect full-time positions. Part-time roles are paid hourly; compensation will be discussed with interested candidates.*

As a Physical Therapist, You’ll achieve success by:    

  • Reviewing patients medical history
  • Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person
  • Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
  • Developing individualized treatment plans for patients  with clear goals and expected outcomes
  • Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
  • Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Physical Therapist Requirements: 

  • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Connecticut
  • CPR and first aid certification required
  • Must be familiar with treating general orthopedics, sports medicine, joint replacements, and geriatrics cases.
