HappyStack is building the GTM engine for eCommerce SaaS. We partner with a small
number of category-defining software companies and help them turn GTM into a real,
repeatable revenue engine - owning everything from TAM definition and ranking to running
coordinated outbound and paid channels from one system.
We exist to help great founders and teams win. Instead of generic, plug-and-play software,
we custom-build a GTM operating system for each partner and align on outcomes through
long-term partnerships. We also invest directly in the businesses we work with when it
makes sense, giving us real skin in the game. Our ambition is to become the global GTM
operating system for eCommerce SaaS, bringing modern DTC growth playbooks into a
SaaS world that’s still far behind.
About the role
We’re looking for a high-output intern to sit at the heart of HappyStack’s go-to-market
engine.
This role is all about momentum: responding fast, booking meetings cleanly, keeping
calendars tight, and making sure interested prospects turn into actual conversations for our
partners.
If you get genuine satisfaction from booking meetings, keeping things organised, and moving
quickly with precision, this will suit you very well.
What you’ll do
Own inbound responses across all HappyStack partner campaigns
Respond to replies from founders and operators in a fast, clear, human way
Book meetings directly into partner calendars (multiple partners, multiple time zones)
Keep calendars clean, updated, and correctly labelled
Ensure the right prospect is booked with the right partner every time

Use AI tools to edit, personalise, and improve reply copy where needed

Spot errors, inconsistencies, or missing info and fix them without being asked

Flag issues early (calendar conflicts, broken links, poor copy, delays)
This is a hands-on execution role. You will be judged on speed, accuracy, and volume.

Previous sales, SDR, or operations experience

Great targeting and copy mean nothing if meetings aren’t booked properly.
