Peer Support Assistant

Peer Support & Student Engagement Assistant (Psychology-Focused)

We are seeking a psychology student to support middle and high school students who may be shy or hesitant to engage socially or academically. This role focuses on conversation, encouragement, and confidence-building in a supportive environment.

This is a non-clinical role and does not involve counseling, diagnosis, or therapy.

Primary Responsibilities

Engage students in one-on-one or small-group conversations

Encourage participation, communication, and self-confidence

Share general engagement feedback with program coordinators

Experience in peer mentoring, tutoring, youth programs, or student leadership is preferred.
