Video Production Intern (Marketing and Creative)

About Us
We are a creative video production and marketing company based in the Milwaukee area. We produce high quality visual storytelling for businesses, nonprofits, schools, and organizations. Our work includes brand videos, interviews, drone footage, social media content, and event coverage.
This internship provides hands on real world experience across the entire video production process from planning and filming to editing and delivery. This role is ideal for students pursuing video production, digital media, film, or communications who want to build portfolio level work and gain professional on set experience.
What You Will Do
Assist with pre production planning including shot lists, storyboards, and scheduling
Support on site video shoots by helping set up cameras, lighting, audio, and backdrops
Operate cameras and assist with framing and composition under supervision
Capture footage for interviews, marketing videos, social media, and events
Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software
Assist with post production tasks including organizing footage, basic color correction, audio cleanup, captions, and exports
Help prepare short form social media videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook
Organize digital media assets and maintain clean project file structure
Collaborate with the creative team on storytelling, visual ideas, and content strategy
Participate in creative meetings and production planning sessions
Who We Are Looking For
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a video production, digital media, film, communications, or related program such as MATC, WCTC, or another technical college
Basic understanding of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
Strong interest in video storytelling and visual content creation
Reliable, organized, and detail oriented
Willingness to learn and take direction on professional video sets
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently when needed
Preferred but Not Required
Experience with motion graphics or Adobe After Effects
Photography or drone experience
Understanding of social media video formats and best practices
Access to personal camera gear not required
Portfolio or sample videos from class or personal projects

Flexible schedule designed around class commitments
Approximately 8 to 15 hours per week depending on semester
