Regulatory Affairs Intern – Paid Summer Internship at Denali Ingredients
Denali Ingredients’ Summer Regulatory Affairs Internship provides hands-on exposure to regulatory systems, documentation practices, and compliance processes within the food industry. Qualified candidates will assist in ensuring regulatory systems and procedures are accurately maintained by revising, organizing, and documenting information obtained from internal teams, suppliers, and customer requests.
The intern will work closely with the Regulatory Affairs department to support daily operations, including uploading documentation to customer portals, fulfilling customer documentation requests, and maintaining regulatory data within internal systems. This position offers practical experience with industry-specific software, ingredients, regulatory requirements, and food manufacturing processes.

- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate track for food science, biology or related field
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the food industry a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with great interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organization, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work as a member of diverse, cross-functional teams.
