Account Executive - Equipment Finance

TrueCore specializes in commercial finance, serving businesses that require equipment financing, including skid steers, forklifts, trucks, and more. Our market advantages include hands-on leadership, credit decisioning software, and a stream of leads, eliminating the need for cold calling (but needs fantastic follow up).

Our Expectations of You:

We need individuals who are hardworking (i.e., comfortable making 100 calls a day), personable, and adept at persuading and engaging customers from various angles. We also require strong organizational skills and natural curiosity.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Arrive ready to excel each day.
  • Treat every incoming lead with the understanding that it represents a significant investment by the company.
  • Ask questions, both of us and our customers.
  • Learn from mistakes and avoid repeating them.
  • Be comfortable offering rates higher than standard auto financing, as we focus on commercial equipment - we are not financing civics and corollas.
  • Conduct calls, send emails/texts, and facilitate funding for deals.
