Event Planning Intern
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic intern to support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and corporate events. This internship offers hands-on experience in event logistics, vendor coordination, and marketing, providing valuable exposure to the events and marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and internal events
Support pre-event logistics: registration, shipping materials, ordering swag, etc.
Help coordinate with vendors, venues, and exhibitors
Prepare event kits and promotional materials
Maintain inventory of trade show materials
Research venues for receptions, luncheons, dinners for clients
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
Interest in event planning
Additional Skills a plus:
Graphic design or Canva skills
Social media marketing knowledge
