Manager, Long Term Care

The Unit Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall health status of the residents. Directly manages, supervises, and evaluates the resident care service, assuring quality resident care and consumer satisfaction. Demonstrates a working knowledge of personnel management and communication principles to maintain a positive work environment. Utilizes lean principles in meeting strategic goals. Collaborates with nursing supervisor and works as needed as charge nurse on their units.
