Position Description

The ERP Systems Administrator plays a hands-on role in managing and improving Wendover’s core business systems, including ERP, CRM, production management, and integrated platforms.

This role is designed for someone early in their systems career who wants real exposure, real projects, and real influence not just ticket resolution. You’ll partner closely with Operations, Finance, Production, and IT leadership to understand how the business works and to build solutions that make it work better.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead ERP and system enhancements from requirements through implementation and support
  • Build automations and integrations that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy
  • Identify process gaps and collaborate with teams to implement system-based improvements
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scheduled jobs
  • Administer core systems, including user access, permissions, and security
  • Support and monitor data integrations between systems
  • Participate in system-related projects and coordinate with external developers
  • Explore and apply AI tools to improve efficiency and internal workflows
  • Assist with system migrations and integrations for newly acquired companies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in ERP support, systems administration, or technical analyst roles
  • Hands-on exposure to ERP and/or WMS systems
  • Working to advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Coding experience (Python, VBScript, or similar)
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros)
  • Experience with system integrations preferred
  • Experience with Syspro, FileMaker, or SAP Crystal Reports is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter comfortable taking initiative
