The associate veterinarian position is a full-time, on-site role where you will provide high quality care to a dedicated client base in a team-oriented atmosphere. Responsibilities include preventative care and urgent care exams, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, advising pet owners on health maintenance, performing surgeries and dental procedures. You will be supported in career and skill growth by a mentor minded peer group.

Role expectations:
Provide high quality medicine, including preventative and urgent care cases, surgery and dentistry with a focus on continual growth and improvement
Diagnose, treat and manage various illnesses and injuries
To take part in a collaborative culture with peers
Communicate effectively with a motivated, skilled team
Maintain accurate medical records

Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school
Valid Washington state veterinary license
Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A desire to improve the lives of animals and build relationships with clients
DEA registration must be obtained and maintained.
Must be motivated to continue to learn and advance skills in veterinary medicine
