B2B Sales Representative
About Us:
Mylk Labs is a woman- and minority-founded food company on a mission to make healthy, better-for-you oatmeal that's as convenient as it is delicious. We're growing quickly and looking for an energetic, organized, and outgoing team member to support our retail and B2B sales efforts.
Role Overview:
We're looking for someone bright and personable to support our sales team with both existing retail grocery accounts and prospective B2B partners (like hotels and corporate offices). This role involves a mix of account maintenance and new business outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Call on retail grocery stores to ensure products are fully stocked and sale tags are displayed during promotions
- Build relationships with store managers and negotiate additional shelf placement or display opportunities
- Conduct outreach to prospective hotel accounts and food service buyers to introduce our product line
- Send professional, thoughtful follow-up emails and track outreach efforts
- Stay organized and proactive with follow-ups and sales pipeline management
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and engaging new accounts
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or food industry is a plus
- Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative
