Customer Service Marketing Assistant

Looking for an energetic, team player, and a self-starter to assist our Customer Service and Marketing team. This individual is extremely organized and has strong writing skills. Must be knowledgeable in computer technology and E-commerce. (If you don't know we will train you)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize and control customer databases, gather information from social media.
• Contact customers for follow-ups as well as responsible for customer satisfaction through emails, and surveys.
• Learn and execute marketing plans, and brand building.
• Provide the vision and experience to lead excellent execution in the area of social media and specifically LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication & Writing skills.
