Cybersecurity Machine Learning Intern

The Machine Learning Intern will help create and maintain the company’s proprietary data algorithms, including data harvesting and normalization, machine learning training, and data distribution APIs.

What You Will Be Doing

• Resolving data disputes from our classification that are sent in by customers
• Training, testing, and validating existing machine learning algorithms
• Scripting integrations with partner data analysis platforms
• Building scripts for data encoding, feature extraction, and storage
• Fixing defects in existing software, primarily in NodeJS and Python
• Working with senior engineers to build and maintain APIs, algorithms, and software

What You Bring

• 2 years of university education
• 1+ years of relevant programming experience or coursework
• Eye for detail in data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A self-motivator who thrives on identifying and resolving issues
• A technical understanding of URLs and web protocols
• Experience programming with Javascript, Python, and PostgreSQL
