Property Manager Internship Program

Goals of the program

1. Provide unique, real time job experience for selected candidates at one of the properties we manage.

2. Train pool of talented, trained potential employees who could join Castle

after graduation.

3. Obtain an objective review of Castle systems/procedures against current

academic thinking.

4. Provide an environment where students can apply their classroom

experience to actual business challenges.

Hands-On Experience​

Attending a board meeting​

Conducting a site inspection​

Completing a weekly & monthly update​

Attending & lead a 5 Min Huddles​

Participating in site major projects​

Attending an Annual Meeting and election​

Attending the Tower/HOA Monthly Conf. Call ​

Completing top 10 items on Action list throughout program ​

Interns should create their own top 5 and submit to manager ​

Program Details:

Length of Program:

• 8-weeks (June 8th- July 31st, 2026)

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Location:

Varies- Miami-Dade, Broward, West Palm, Orlando, Tampa, Sarasota, Estero, Jacksonville regions

Paid internship:

$18.00/hour
