Marketing Communications Intern
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support a variety of digital and organizational marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on developing and segmenting our email database. This role is ideal for someone excited to learn, contribute ideas, and gain hands-on experience across email marketing, content creation, web support, and digital organization. Prior marketing experience is not required but is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Email & Data Projects
- Email Database Development: Build and expand our centralized email database using existing lists and by collaborating with outside sales representatives to gather customer information.
- Audience Segmentation: Organize and categorize email contacts into meaningful segments to support targeted and effective marketing campaigns.

Digital Marketing Support
- Website Updates: Assist with creating, formatting, and updating web pages to support product launches, promotions, and ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Content Research & Ideation: Research, brainstorm, and propose creative content ideas for social media, blog posts, and website updates based on trends, customer interests, and industry insights.

Marketing Operations & Administrative Projects
- Generate monthly promotional flyers: Assist in creating and formatting monthly promotional flyers to support sales and marketing campaigns.
- Digital Archiving & Organization: Scan, digitize, and organize historical company documents and photos, contributing to long-term digital storage and preservation.
- Coordinate with vendors: Assist with general marketing tasks, special projects, and other duties as assigned.

- Working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing or related discipline required.
- Creative mindset with a willingness to bring new ideas forward.
- Positive, can-do attitude and the ability to approach tasks with enthusiasm.
- Flexibility and adaptability when working on diverse tasks or shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with various teams.
- Must have experience and knowledge with using Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to travel locally between company branches as needed.
- Prior marketing or data management experience is a plus but not required.
Benefits/Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $17-20
Schedule:
The Intern will be scheduled to work 40 hours a week. Schedules will vary weekly, based upon business needs. The Internship will begin in May 2026 and will end in August 2026. Please note this position resides in our home office in Carlisle, PA (198 Kost Road, Carlisle, PA. 17015).
