HR Intern – LinkedIn Recruiting Pilot
Position Summary
We are seeking an HR Intern to lead and manage our LinkedIn Active Recruiting Pilot. This intern will be primarily responsible for running day-to-day LinkedIn recruiting efforts to help fill open positions across the company. This role is hands-on and focused on sourcing, outreach, and pipeline management, with support from the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the LinkedIn Recruiting Pilot program on a daily basis.
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn search and recruiting tools.
- Send messages to potential candidates and manage responses.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for active openings.
- Post and manage job openings on LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes and recommend candidates for next steps.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
- Coordinate needs of individual hiring managers.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
- Strong written communication and organization skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls to professional candidates.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles.
