Design and R&D Engineer（Chinese as working language）

Locations: Beijing, Chongqing, Xi'an (Shaanxi Province), Datong (Shanxi Province), Hefei (Anhui Province), Shanghai, Xiamen (Fujian Province), Zhongshan (Guangdong Province), Suqian (Jiangsu Province)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Participate in order design and technical document compilation, and support engineers in completing BOM configuration, drawing drafting and product development.
  2. Assist in pre-sales technical support, including cost accounting, technical agreement evaluation and risk identification.
  3. Conduct cross-departmental collaboration to promote the implementation of projects such as cost reduction and quality improvement.
  4. Support the design and delivery of relevant products to meet customer requirements.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with professional background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  2. Proficient communication skills in both Mandarin and English, both of which can be used as working languages; skilled in using relevant design software.
  3. Open-minded, with excellent communication skills and good team spirit.
