Entry Level Business Development Representative

Spartan Developments is seeking a motivated and outgoing Entry Level Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client acquisition while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a Business Development Representative, you will help introduce products and services to new customers, build professional relationships, and support business growth through direct outreach and face-to-face interactions. No prior experience is requiredpaid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with potential customers through in-person outreach and field-based initiatives
  • Represent client products and services in a professional and confident manner
  • Identify customer needs and communicate solutions clearly and effectively
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Track interactions and share feedback to support team performance
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet individual and team goals

What We’re Looking For

  • 18+ years of age
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a people-facing, fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation to the Middletown, CT area
  • Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
