Entry Level Business Development Representative
Spartan Developments is seeking a motivated and outgoing Entry Level Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client acquisition while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
As a Business Development Representative, you will help introduce products and services to new customers, build professional relationships, and support business growth through direct outreach and face-to-face interactions. No prior experience is required—paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

- Engage with potential customers through in-person outreach and field-based initiatives
- Represent client products and services in a professional and confident manner

- Reliable transportation to the Middletown, CT area
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
