Music Speaks Studio is looking for an Early Childhood Music Teacher to lead our youngest "Mini Musicians" (ages 6 months to 6 years) in South San Diego. We aren’t just looking for an instructor; we’re looking for someone who understands that a lifelong love of music begins with a giggle, a drum beat, and a dance.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Truly loves young children. You understand that teaching a 2-year-old is as much about movement and joy as it is about rhythm.
• Is a versatile musician. Ideally, you have strong skills in at least two areas (like Piano, Voice, Guitar, or Drums) to help transition students as they grow.
• Is available for the "Peak Joy" hours: Afternoons, evenings, and weekends when our families are most active.
