This role is highly operational and field-oriented: you will be responsible for keeping projects moving, coordinating with vendors, contractors and municipalities, maintaining inventory documentation, and ensuring the construction process is managed with precision.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and interested in learning what it takes to run real estate operations at a high level.

Compensation: $15-20/hour (negotiable) + performance based compensation / bonus.

  • Document project progress through daily photos and written updates
  • Support material coordination, deliveries, punch lists, and quality control

  • Coordinate with local government offices as needed (permits, inspections, zoning-related inquiries)
  • Track where items are deployed and ensure clean records for accurate accounting and reimbursement

Qualifications: A strong candidate is sharp, dependable, and hungry to learn. You should be comfortable taking initiative and operating in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma/GED or currently enrolled in an accredited university
  • Strong interest in real estate, construction, operations, supply-chain or entrepreneurship
  • Clear communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple moving tasks
  • Comfortable taking responsibility and operating independently in the field
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make smart decisions under pressure
  • Proficiency in Excel and basic documentation/reporting workflows

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Spanish fluency is a strong plus

Expectations: This is an on-site, hands-on role with daily property visits. The intern must be reliable, punctual, and capable of managing time efficiently across multiple locations
