We are looking for a PM who thinks like an engineer, sees like a designer, and executes like a founder.

 

The Role: AI-Native Builder PM

  • This is not a "documentation-first" role. We are looking for a Builder—someone who thrives in the "Vibe Coding" era. You will bridge the gap between AI potential and user delight. You’ll be responsible for the "last mile" of the user experience, ensuring that before a feature ever hits a developer's desk, it has been poked, prodded, and polished by you.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • AI-Native Product Design: Use Gemini and other LLMs for advanced AI Prompting to prototype features. Adopt a "Vibe Coding" style iteration—building and refining until the feeling is right.
  • UX & Visual Stewardship: Leverage your UX judgment and visual sense to create low-fidelity prototypes. You don't just draw boxes; you define flows that feel intuitive and "fashion-forward."
  • The "Walkthrough" Guard: Own the front-end walkthrough. You are the final line of defense for bug discovery and visual fidelity, performing self-driven optimization before and after handoff.
  • Fast Feedback Loops: Design and synthesize user surveys and conduct usability testing to get the ground truth. Turn raw feedback into actionable product shifts in hours, not weeks.
  • Conversion Architecture: Apply funnel thinking to every feature. You understand that a beautiful feature is useless if it doesn't drive conversion or retention.
  • Full-Stack Ownership: From the first wireframe to the final QA, you own the outcome. You collaborate cross-functionally but carry the startup mentality of "whatever it takes."

  • A Visual Native: You have an innate sense of what looks good and what feels clunky. You understand the "vibe" of a premium fashion experience.
  • AI-Fluent: You don't just use AI; you build with it. You understand how to prompt-engineer your way to a better UX.
  • Data-Informed, Not Data-Led: You use user survey synthesis to find the "why" behind the numbers, but you rely on your UX judgment to decide the "what."
  • Action-Oriented: You prefer a working prototype over a 20-page PRD. You thrive in fast feedback loops.
  • The "Handoff" Pro: You don't just "toss it over the wall." You ensure the front-end implementation matches the soul of the design.
