Role Overview

As a Buyer Representative, your focus will be sourcing and onboarding qualified cash buyers. You’ll build buyer lists, verify interest, and secure signed purchase contracts with sellers.

This is a commission only role: you’ll earn a commission share every time you close a deal.

Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify cash buyers for available properties.
  • Present opportunities and secure signed purchase contracts.
  • Maintain ongoing buyer relationships for repeat deals.
  • Work independently using calls, email, and text outreach (training provided).
  • Meet or exceed a quota of 2 contracts per month.

Qualifications

  • No real estate license required.
  • Sales, customer service, or recruiting experience helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
  • Highly motivated, reliable, and able to work remotely.

Compensation This is a commission-only role.
