Ready to spend your summer creating fun and memorable experiences for kids? As a Day Camp Counselor, you'll lead engaging activities, supervise campers in grades 1–5, and help them try new things, build confidence, and make lasting friendships.
 

What to Expect

  • This is a seasonal summer position, with training beginning in late May and camp running from early June through early August.
  • You’ll work on-site from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with meals provided while you’re at camp.
  • You’ll work with different groups of children throughout the summer, creating unique and rewarding experiences in every session.
  • You’ll collaborate with fellow counselors as part of a fun, supportive, and diverse team.
     


What We’re Looking For

  • At least 18 years old by June 2026 preferred (but not required)
  • Experience working with children preferred (but not required)
     


What We Offer

  • An opportunity to build leadership, communication, and youth development skills while making a real impact
  • $250 bonus if you accept our offer of employment before March 1, 2026
  • $500 scholarship awarded to one staff member
  • $100 bonus for each team member that you refer, is hired, and arrives at camp for staff training

Salary range

  • $12 - $15 per hour
