About Kraven

Kraven is a hyper-local food truck discovery platform that helps users find the best street food in real time. We work closely with local vendors, influencers, and communities to drive discovery, events, and mobile ordering.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern to help drive user growth and brand awareness through content, social media, and grassroots marketing. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll test ideas, run experiments, and work directly with the founders on real growth initiatives.

You won’t just “assist” — you’ll help shape how Kraven grows.

What You’ll Work On

  • Create and script short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok)
  • Edit videos and images for social media using Canva and native tools
  • Manage posting schedules and performance tracking
  • Support influencer outreach and partnerships
  • Help organize and execute street teams and local promotions
  • Run growth experiments and report results directly to the founders
  • Analyze what’s working and iterate quickly

What We’re Looking For

  • Current student or recent graduate with interest in marketing, growth, or startups
  • Comfortable creating content for Instagram and TikTok
  • Basic video editing and design skills (Canva experience preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who can test ideas independently and learn fast
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Tools You’ll Use

  • Canva
  • Instagram & TikTok
  • Meta Business Suite
  • Google Sheets
  • Metricool

Team & Mentorship

  • Reports directly to Kraven founders (Braden & Drake)
  • Works closely with operations, events, and vendor teams
  • High visibility and real responsibility from day one

Why This Internship Is Worth It

  • Build a real marketing portfolio with measurable growth results
  • Strong letter of recommendation from founders
  • Hands-on startup experience (strategy + execution)
  • Opportunity to transition into a paid full-time role based on performance
  • Flexible hybrid schedule with meaningful ownership

This role is best for students interested in startups, content creation, and growth marketing who want real responsibility and real results—not busy work.
