Venue Operations eXperience (VOX) is a four-month workforce development program designed to open doors for individuals from under-recognized groups pursuing careers in live entertainment. Participants build skills in digital marketing, front-of-house operations, and live production while gaining hands-on experience inside independent music venues, supported by education, mentorship, and meaningful industry connections.
