General Festival Staff

Reggae Rise Up is hiring General Festival Staff for our 2026 festival! This role supports key guest-facing operations across the festival, including Box Office and Access Control. General Staff play an important role in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for attendees.

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in working behind the scenes at a major music festival. No two days are the same, and staff may work in different areas depending on festival needs.
