Software Engineer Associate, Emerging Technologist Program

What you'll be doing

  • Constructing and implementing software within a full stack environment (Front end, API, persistence, integrations) 
  • Leveraging Java and Spring Boot in building a reliable back-end 
  • Using JavaScript and React to build a modern front-end  
  • Managing the full lifecycle of web application development; from designing, writing, testing, building, deploying, to monitoring 
  • Practicing and driving engineering practices such as DevOps (CI/CD; you build it, you own it), 12-factor design, and independent architecture 

What we’re looking for

Must-haves: 

  • Interest in full-stack development 
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, and Git
  • Senior or recent graduate – must obtain 4-year/bachelor's degree by June 2025 - (minimum required)
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills 
  • GPA of 3.0 or above

  

Nice-to-haves (preferred):   

  • React 
  • Spring Boot 
  • AI Development tooling
  • AWS
