Are you a recent graduate eager to launch your career in business operations and human resources? The People & Operation Coordinator is the engine room of our team culture. This role is designed for a tech-native recent graduate who wants to master the intersection of human empathy, operational efficiency, and cutting-edge technology. You will manage the physical and digital workspace while building the data frameworks that inform our people strategy.

Core Responsibilities

Workplace Operations

  • Environment Management: Oversee the daily "vibe" and functionality of our workspace (physical or digital). Coordinate with vendors, manage supplies, and ensure the team has the tools they need to succeed.
  • Process Automation: Audit manual office workflows and implement "smarter" solutions.
  • Internal Events: Lead the planning of team-building events, milestones (anniversaries/birthdays), and wellness initiatives.

People Analytics & Data Dashboards

  • Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain visual dashboards  to track key people and operations metrics.
  • Insight Generation: Don't just report numbers—find the "why." Analyze data  to identify patterns.
  • Data Integrity: Perform regular audits of our HRIS (HR Information System) to ensure our data is clean, secure, and ready for reporting.

AI Integration & Innovation

  • AI Tool Implementation: Experiment with and implement AI-driven tools for HR tasks.
  • AI Automation: Build and manage an AI agents to help and automate people and operational processes. 

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated recent graduate who is passionate about organization growth and building world-class workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a:

  •  Recent graduate with a degree in HR, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
  • "Data-Visualizer": You have a passion for turning messy spreadsheets into beautiful, easy-to-read charts.
  •  AI-Fluent: You are a "power user" of Generative AI and are eager to find ways to use it to automate boring tasks.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: You don’t wait for a manual; you see a broken process and you offer a fix.
