ACS Summer Cancer Research Internship
Position Overview
The USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking motivated undergraduate students to participate in a 10-week, full-time research internship. This program offers hands-on cancer research experience, faculty mentorship, and opportunities for professional and academic development in a collaborative research environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cancer-related research under the supervision of experienced cancer researchers
Assist with laboratory and research activities
Develop foundational research and laboratory skills
Participate in mentoring, networking, and professional development activities
Eligibility Requirements
Current undergraduate student
Students from underrepresented backgrounds in biomedical research (per NIH definition)
Strong interest in cancer research and related STEM fields
