Inside Sales Representative

Seeking: Top-tier Inside Sales Representative – $100k+/Year Potential

What We’re Looking For:

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Full-Time Commitment: This position is only open to those available full-time.
  • Sales Experience: 1+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success, ideally in phone sales.
  • Pipeline Management: Ability to manage a sales pipeline while handling 30 to 50 highly qualified calls per week.
  • Success Mindset: A no-excuses mentality with the drive to do whatever it takes to succeed.
  • Hunger for Success: Strong motivation to be a top performer. This opportunity is not for those unwilling to strive for excellence.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit with a "we" more than "me" attitude.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to ask insightful questions, actively listen, and communicate persuasively.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $2,000 per month.
  • Commission Structure: Aggressive commission rates with unlimited earning potential, ranging from 10% to 25%, plus monthly bonuses and incentives. We are willing to pay if you can close.
  • Earning Potential: $75k—$150k+. Our top performers earn $150k+ annually.

 

Preferred Qualifications (Move to the Front of the Line):

  1. Self-Investment in Growth: Experience with transformational coaching, mentorship, training, masterminds, and similar programs.
  2. Live Event Training: Participation in live event training such as Unleash The Power Within, Jordan Belfort, Grant Cardone 10X, or other relevant self-empowerment events.
  3. Competitive Nature: A naturally competitive personality with a "can-do" attitude.
  4. Real Estate Experience: This is a plus, but you have to be willing to learn about real estate investing and the RAL.

Primary Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Engagement: Taking appointments with potential students interested in our training.
  • Sales Achievement: Meeting or exceeding weekly sales goals of 4-6 sales, with top-tier leads provided.
  • Product Offerings: We are mainly selling our Home Study Course ($1,497), Three-Day Training ($4,997), and additional partner training options ($1,000). You can offer other products, but these will be 95% of your sales.
  • Outbound Lead Engagement: Willingness to actively outbound leads; all leads have expressed interest and signed up for information. You will not have to go out and “hunt” cold leads.

 

Additional Information:

Our marketing team actively works to generate leads for enrollment calls, filling up a significant portion of your sales day. The remainder will involve following up with hot leads, making outbound calls when cancellations happen, and managing a pipeline.
