Apparel Technical Designer/Product Developer

Summer 2026 Internship - Technical Design/Product Developer

Our global headquarters is in Denver, CO with additional support offices in Connecticut, Manila, Jakarta and Hangzhou. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are in Indonesia, China and Philippines.

Job Details:

  • Photography of samples to be uploaded in the PLM system. 
  • Get trained in the PLM System (NexGen) in uploading photos, styles, samples and updating statuses for the TD and PD Team.
  • Assist in sample/visual merchandising in the showroom, maintaining the showroom and sample libraries across all brands. 
  • Assist in updating the company meetings on Teams. 
  • Be able to assist in downloading multi formatted tech packs from the brand’s individual systems. 
  • Get trained in color visual assessment and assist in updating color tracking forms. 
  • Sitting in on high-level meetings with the teams to shadow.
  • Be able to do market research on different relevant topics, requested by the teams (related to brands, trends, shows, materials, etc) and make a presentation about it.
  • Assist TD on Illustrator, CAD work necessary for PPT presentations. 
  • Assist TD on working in the 3D system by maintaining the Apex yarn library binder (ie. uploading new materials). 
  • Support in our generative AI projects/ tasks. 

Essential Skills:

  • Must be organized, professional, detail oriented and a good team player. 
  • Professional in oral and written communication skills. 
  • Must have above average aptitude in: Analytical, Organization, Detail Oriented, Problem Solving, Planning, Follow-Up, Project Management and Time Management. 
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to flexible work from home and in-office work environment. 

This is a paid internship and a great opportunity to work in the exciting world of accessories in the outdoor industry. This will be based in our Research Development Center (RDC) Denver, CO.
