Marketing Analytics Intern

NavPoint Real Estate Group is a Colorado-based commercial real estate brokerage focused on investment sales, leasing, and advisory services. We’re looking for a sharp, analytical intern to establish a framework for and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts in terms of driving business results and making marketing a broker-productivity engine. This role is business-focused and strategy-oriented, focused on ROI evaluation and decision making. 

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze website traffic and lead behavior (Google Analytics and other similar tools)
  • Evaluate social media performance and paid advertising spend
  • Assess cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on ad spend
  • Establish strategic priorities
  • Identify which marketing channels contribute to real business outcomes
  • Help answer: Are we spending money on the right things?
  • Build a simple, repeatable framework to evaluate marketing performance over time
  • Create clear reports and recommendations for leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • Current undergraduate with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, ad platforms, or social media insights (preferred, not required)
  • Interest in marketing analytics, business strategy, or commercial real estate
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly and concisely
  • Self-starter who can question assumptions and focus on results
