Job Title: Business Assistant Manager/Manager
Location: Commerce, GA (Work location may be relocated within Gwinnett County, including Suwanee, due to organizational restructuring.)
Employment Type: Full-time, Non-exempt (Overtime pay provided)
Salary Range: Up to $80,000
[Position Overview] We are seeking a Business Manager to support the Office of the CEO and contribute to business planning, operational execution, and cross-functional coordination for North American operations. This role requires close daily collaboration with executive leadership, strong execution capability, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position combines analytical work with practical execution, including coordination with headquarters, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
[Key Responsibilities] 1) CEO Office Support & Execution
- Provide operational and execution support to the CEO and leadership team.
- Track, coordinate, and follow up on executive directives and priority initiatives.
- Support external meetings, business discussions, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare executive materials, summaries, and internal reports.
2) Business Analysis & Project Support
- Support the evaluation of new business initiatives and internal projects.
- Perform financial and business analysis (cash flow, ROI, basic modeling, etc.).
- Assist with due diligence activities and risk assessments.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research.
3) Planning & Cross-functional Coordination
Support annual and mid-term business planning for U.S. operations.
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with the Korean headquarters and internal stakeholders across various functions.
Support cross-functional initiatives, including organizational and operational projects.
[Qualifications] Required:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (Visa sponsorship available).
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
- Experience in at least two of the following areas: Business Planning/Operations, Corporate Strategy/Project Management (PM), Sales Operations/Commercial Planning, or HR Planning/Organizational Support.
- Strong execution capability and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing data/financial concepts.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility in work availability based on business needs.
- Must be able to pass reference and background checks.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (Business-level fluency required).
Preferred:
- Experience in manufacturing, battery, EV, chemical, or industrial sectors.
- Experience in financial analysis, business case development, or operational analytics.
- Experience supporting executive leadership or CEO-level projects.
