The Office of Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Youngstown, Ohio seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant
Start Date: February 2026
Duties:
- Serving as the secretary to the Superintendent of Schools
- Organizing and maintaining personnel files for all Diocesan school employees
- Prepare and issue yearly contracts for all Diocesan school employees and coaches
- Collaboratively working to manage the DOY Tuition Assistance Fund
- Assisting with public events
- Compiling various state and accreditation required reports
- Managing calendars and correspondence for the Office
- Secretarial/clerical duties with strong communication skills
The ideal candidate will have experience with both Google and Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with various databases.
The position requires high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
