Role Overview
Feng Capital is a growing mortgage brokerage seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Real Estate & Mortgage Associates. This role is ideal for students, recent graduates, or professionals looking for hands-on experience in real estate finance, sales, and deal execution.
This is an in-person, on-site position based in Flushing, NY, and candidates must be able to commute to the office. We are actively hiring and looking to onboard candidates as soon as possible.
You will work directly with our sales and operations teams to support real residential and commercial mortgage transactions from inquiry through closing, gaining real-world exposure to how deals are generated, processed, and funded.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a long-term career in real estate or mortgage banking.
What You Will Learn
- How residential and commercial real estate transactions are structured
- The full mortgage process from lead to closing
- Client communication and sales fundamentals
- Lead management and deal tracking
- Exposure to underwriting, processing, and closing coordination
- Day-to-day operations of a mortgage brokerage
Responsibilities
- Assist with client outreach and follow-up
- Support the sales team with lead and deal tracking
- Organize documents and client information
- Observe and assist with active transactions
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed
- Participate in deal discussions and pipeline management (full-time role)
Qualifications
- Chinese/Mandarin (Required)
- Ability to work in-person at our Flushing, NY office (at least 30 Hour/week Capacity)
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Interest in real estate, finance, sales, or entrepreneurship
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Full-time candidates should be self-motivated and goal-driven
